Mono Basin: Panum Crater
Stella leading Frank, Bill and Mo around the outer rim of Panum Crater. The rim was formed of falling ash!
By this time we'd already done some easy scrambling through the crater. Bill led us back out of the crater in a circle to near
where we'd entered. When we arrived back at the rim, a heaped ring of cinders, similar to the ring of flour to contain the dough of a white bread, we all agreed to go "full circle"
around the rim.
