Pine Creek Canyon



Some way up, Bill was waiting for us on a rock, and we stopped to eat, overlooking the mine. Bill explained how he had plotted a route traversing the hillside that merged with the road going uphill from the mine which would eventually lead up to Morgan Pass.

From this vantage, he didn't think it looked viable, however, and we decided to just continue on the trail we were on. -F.
