Mammoth Crest

May these images remind me of the beauty of the high Sierra! How can I think to abandon thee?

But I had not the thought in the moment. Bill took this capture. The ones I took I did out of routine, still able to see, but as though remotely, perfunctorily, because in the Sierra, taking photographs is a thing I do. -F.
