1km and 24 m elevation gain in 2 hours total time.
The night was bad again, it felt like I didn't sleep at all. I guess the glass of wine had been too much! My head was busy all night, wouldn't settle down. At maybe 4 in the morning I stumbled to the bathroom to pee, and barely made it back into bed. Dizzy, faint, lightheaded. Crashing into walls, disoriented. Trying not to fall down. The room spun as though I were drunk like I haven't been in forty years. I clawed myself back onto the bed and into the safety of the blankets, but still didn't sleep. SpO2: 87%
Morning - I felt terrible but improved somewhat over the next couple hours, enough to be a little hopeful that I'd wake up eventually. I was in a daze.
Stella drives us south, and downhill. Somewhere past Tom's Place, wakefulness washes over me! At the lower elevation I breathe richer air and I feel normal again, almost good! -F.
