Mammoth Crest



It was hard to tell her because before it had been only a thought in my head, a wisp of imagination. A self-indulgent fantasy. Now I had shared it, now there was expectation, now it was a commitment. No more Mammoth. A devestating thought!

I imediately took a step back: I said, it's not decided, but now the default is no. It would take another conscious decision to reverse that. -F.
